Our Avery girl turned 9. Requested a "yes" day. She loves to shop and have all of the attention on her. She continues to be spicy, full of energy and volume, but we wouldn't want her any other way.

Living with Heart Failure
In March I was diagnosed with a person that is living with heart failure. This news has rocked me and has been hard for me over the last few months, especially mentally. I am hopeful that the medicine I am now on will help strengthen my heart but in the meantime no strenous activity (which if you know me, I love working out hard so this has been a huge challenge for me), lower sodium diet, taking my pulse and blood pressure every day and being consistent with my meds. I also wore a heart monitor for a month and that determined that it was best if I have a defibrilator put in me as a lifeline, so if my heart gets out of rhythm for a long period of time it will be shocked back into place.
I am beyond thankful for family and friends for all of the love, gifts, positive thoughts and prayers as I am going through this large curve in my road.

Reese turns 11
Reese turns 11! Where does the time go! She has really blossomed this year and is so thoughtful, caring and loving to so many. She enjoyed a birthday party at a trampoline park and dinner at home with Grandpa and Gigi.
January-March
Well the start of 2023 has been quite the year. The girls are busy with school and sports and Nate and I are busy with work, parenting and life =).
