32 weeks!

Well I have made it to 8 months. This pregnancy is starting to be quite different than Reese. My stomach feels huge and it is starting to hurt to walk. I feel like she cannot get any bigger, although she is not measuring big and my stomach is not measuring big anymore either which is good.  I have had contractions the last couple weeks which is not very fun. My doctor said unless I have at least 6 in an hour that it is pretty common, so hoping these last 7 weeks will go by fast =).  My diabetes is still doing well, I have not had to go on medicine yet which is nice, hoping that I can make it the entire pregnancy without going on medicine.

Reese is doing well and saying more and more new stuff by the day, her new favorite saying, (as she taps her pointer finger on her chin) "hmmmm, lets see" I was just reminded today of how blessed we truly are with her. The daycare that she goes to twice a week commented on how well and calm mannered she is. Always nice to hear from other people. Crazy to think that she is going to be 2 in a few weeks!

32 weeks! Not sure I can get much bigger!

30 weeks

30 weeks, so exciting! We cannot wait to meet baby girl. We still have not completely decided on a name, but we are getting closer =). I had a doctors appointment on Monday and little miss was measuring a little over 3 lbs. which is in the 48%, which is a good thing. My belly measurement is measuring big, so it is good to know that she is not huge....I am terrified of having to give birth to a giant baby! The Dr. did tell me that if I do not have her by 39 weeks that I will be induced. So with that, the new due date is April 18, the longer I get to work the better for us =), even though I am ready to be done now =). Little miss is very active just like Reese, so I am curious to see her little personality and squeeze her little cheeks. Below are pictures of me at 30 weeks and a couple 3D pictures of her little face with her little squishy cheeks!

Reese is doing well and is such a fun, spunky little girl. She is talking more and more and is starting to ask more and more questions (over and over). Here are a few pictures of Reese from the last couple of weeks.

27 weeks

Start of a new semester and my 27 week check up. According to my Dr. our little girl is going to be good size...we shall see =).  I feel like I have more baby (I do not remember my stomach being quite so hard with Reese).  Everything else is going well with this pregnancy, have not gained a ton of weight...yet...and my diabetes has been controlled with my diet, so hopefully that will continue to be the case.

Reese is doing great and starting to talk so much and ask questions...her favorite lately, "Mom (Dad), what are you doing?" It is so fun watching her grow into a little person.

27 weeks!!!

23 Weeks

This pregnancy is going by so fast, but yet so slow. April could not come soon enough. Everything is looking good and baby girl is growing like a weed. Nate and I had a difficult time deciding on a name for Reese and this little girl is no different, who knows when we will decide on a name for our next little angel.  This pregnancy is not a whole lot different, I have gestational diabetes again, so watching what I eat is always fun. Cravings this time around have been soda pop and chips (all in moderation of course). Baby girl is measuring big, which Reese never did, so hopefully I will make it to my due date April 25, with an average size little girl =). Below are a few pictures of baby girl, me at 6 months, and the fabrics I chose for her nursery bedding, I cannot wait to see the finished product.

I do not like the average nursery bedding, so with Reese it was teal and mustard yellow and with this baby girl its purples and oranges =)

23 1/2 weeks, I feel so much bigger this time around

baby girls profile, she is a stubborn one too so the ultrasound tech. has had a difficult time getting decent pictures =)

Christmas

I love the holidays, although Nate can be a bit of a bah humbug, he hung in there this year with lots of family gatherings and gifts (and believe it or not he actually filled my stocking with nice gifts, just like I wanted).  Reese was not quite sure what to think of Santa this year, she did not cry, but she definitely would not take her eyes off of him.

Christmas was a blast this year, Reese was so much fun to watch, and she loved opening presents =). She was very spoiled and so far has loved playing with all of her new toys. We made it over to the West Side to spend a short time with boy my mom's side of the family and with my dad's side of the family and then made it back to Spokane to spend time with Nate's family on Christmas Eve. I apologize in advance for the amount of presents, it was just hard to pick through them.

Reese attempting her first movie (it was free....she lasted about a half hour =))

So excited for her yearly Christmas ornament for Grammie!

Minnesota for Thanksgiving

We ventured away from family this year and went to Minnesota to visit the Potter family for Thanksgiving. Needless to say it was quite the vacation. Travelling with a 20 month old is definitely not relaxing.  We had a great time and it was so good to see Mike, Amberly, and Finnley.  We visited the science museum, I went to my first NHL game, and visited the Mall of America. It was a great yet exhausting trip.  Of course Nate and I are terrible at taking pictures. Here are a few!

So excited Reese actually fell asleep for a little bit before Thanksgiving dinner

Reese is going to have a little sister!

Yay for little sisters! While this pregnancy has been quite different, there is another little girl in the making for the Stultz household. This little bundle of joy will be joining us at the end of April and we couldn't be more excited.  I always thought that I would either have two girls or two boys so having Reese first I kind of thought we would have another girl. As much as Nate wanted a little boy, he is happy to have another girl too =) (at least he says its okay).

Reese is growing like a weed and becoming quite the little pistol. Her and Nate butt heads already, I can only imagine how it is going to be when she is a teenager.  For the most part, Reese is still a pretty easy going little girl and still sleeps like a champ. She usually sleeps from about 8:30-9:00ish and then takes a two hour nap or so in the afternoon. Currently Reese loves to color, read books, pester the pets, help clean, watch Caillou, and brush her teeth. She is such a joy! Here are a few pictures over the last couple of months
